Orders

    Can I place an order without creating an account?
    No, an account is required to make purchases on our store.
    Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
    Please make sure to review your order carefully before placing it.
    I haven’t received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
    Please check your spam or promotions folder.
    It's also possible that there was a typo in your email address or that your domain settings are blocking incoming messages.

    Which countries do you ship to?
    Currently, we ship to Japan and the United States only.

Payments

    What payment methods are available?
    We currently accept the following payment methods:
    ・Credit card payments (Visa、Mastercard、JCB、American Express)
    How can I confirm that my payment was successful?
    Please check the confirmation email sent to you after completing your order.
    If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, contact us via the inquiry form.
    Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to change the payment method after the order has been confirmed.

Shipping

    How long will it take to receive my order?
    Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day after your order is completed.
    Please note that delivery may take longer during year-end/new year holidays, Golden Week, Obon holidays, and other extended holiday periods.
    For pre-order items, the shipping schedule will follow the estimated delivery date stated on the product page.
    How much is the shipping fee?
    Shipping fees will be shown on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
    Please note:
    ・Shipping rates may vary depending on the date of your order due to price revisions.
    ・Shipping fees are charged based on the date of your order, not the shipping date.
    Can I choose the delivery carrier?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept requests for specific delivery carriers. The shipping carrier will be selected by our store based on the product type and destination.
    Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
    For standard products, we begin processing immediately after receiving your order, so changes to the shipping address are not accepted.
    However, for made-to-order or pre-order items that have a longer lead time before shipping, address changes may be possible.
    If you wish to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible via the inquiry form and include your order number and the correct address.
    Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request if shipping preparations are already underway.

Products

    Do you offer gift wrapping?
    We currently do not offer gift wrapping services. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns / Refunds

    I received the wrong item / My item is defective.
    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
    Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of delivery. We will review the situation and respond accordingly.
    Can I return or exchange a product?
    We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences or convenience. Thank you for your understanding.
