Purchase Guidelines

Some products have limited stock, and due to sold-out status, orders may not be possible. Please be aware of this in advance.

The product images displayed on each product page may appear different in color or details depending on the monitor or device you use to view them. Please be aware of this in advance.

If there is an error in the name, address, phone number, or email address entered by the purchaser, there is a possibility that the product may not be delivered. Please ensure the accuracy of your information. If you do not respond to our contact (bstore@killtu.be) by the specified date, your order may be automatically canceled. Please note that due to the nature of the payment method, we may not be able to issue a refund in such cases. If both the phone number and email address you provided are incorrect, we will be unable to contact you, so we ask for your understanding.


Countries Where We Offer Shipping or Sales

As of July 5, 2025, we only ship to Japan and the United States. Orders from countries outside the listed regions may be canceled.


Important Notes Regarding Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective products (damage, defects) or if the product received differs from what was ordered.

If there are any return shipping costs due to initial defects or our mistakes, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

Orders are finalized upon payment. We do not accept changes to the product, quantity, cancellations, or address changes after payment has been completed.

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to the customer’s preferences are not accepted.

If the product received has an initial defect (crack, chip, severe fraying, printing errors, etc.), and an exchange is possible, we will arrange an exchange. If no exchange stock is available, we will process a return and refund. Please contact us via the inquiry form within one week of receiving the product.

Even if the product is defective, items that have been used cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

Digital or downloadable products are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances due to their nature.


Product Prices

The price displayed on the product page is in USD.

For customers residing in Japan, the displayed price will have an additional 10% consumption tax. The actual billed amount may fluctuate depending on exchange rates and fees charged by your credit card company.

For international shipping from Japan, customs duties, customs clearance fees, etc., will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Timing and Methods

Pre-order products will be shipped according to the delivery schedule listed on their product pages.

For digital or downloadable products, no physical shipping will occur.

If you purchase both pre-order products and regular items in one order, the order will generally be shipped according to the delivery date of the pre-order product. If you prefer to receive the regular items first, please place separate orders for each item.

Please note that depending on the product, delivery may take longer than usual.

Once the product is ready, it will be delivered to the designated address. Please note that you cannot specify the delivery carrier.

The delivery date listed on the product detail page may change slightly. Please understand this in advance.

During the New Year, Golden Week, summer (Obon period), and long weekends (including national holidays such as Saturday and Sunday), delivery may be delayed compared to usual. Please kindly understand in advance.

If a product is returned due to incorrect information, refusal of receipt, or prolonged absence, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

The store is not responsible for delays or damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, traffic issues, or customs procedures.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees can be confirmed on the checkout screen.
Please note that shipping fees may fluctuate depending on revisions or changes in shipping rates, and fees are based on the date of payment, not the shipping date.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Shipments or Sales

For shipments or sales from Japan to foreign countries, customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), and other taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. The amount and collection method will vary depending on the destination country or region, so please check with the customs office of your destination.

Please be sure to check and comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country, region, or state.

Customs procedures may affect delivery times, and delays may occur. Please understand this in advance.
